| I currently understand that staff applications aren't accepted, so i'm wondering what need's to ocurr in order for that to happen. Like, how many members do we need and what qualities does a candidate for the position of moderator or administrator need to have? | |

| At the moment I personally think that the job as a moderator will be given at least once every 100 members (at least a quarter must be active) or (more likely) 200 topics. The required qualities of a moderator is any (at LEAST 2) of the following: how much I can trust you how much the members can trust you, how far you contribute to the site, communication level and availability of contact between me and my moderators, fairness, must be an active poster who wouldn't leave the site without a notification and the ability to stick with the rules.
To become a moderator is going to be first an "application" stating why the person wants the job of a moderator and reasons why can be trusted with it. Then I a mass vote poll topic is created to show the overall decision of the members, in which each would member who votes, should state their reason why and support the person who they vote for, then I read the vote poll and the posts about the members' votes and consider the member chosen. Best candidate for the job gets it.
So over all, it’s how much I can trust you with the job and how much our members can trust you....
During the job you need great communication with me, in which I do ask if you notify me on some major things like giving someone a warning, banning someone, deleting a topic or something of the sort. Minor things like moving or combining a topic aren’t necessary to notify me for.
As for administrators, it’s something that I'm still considering on.

| I see, the reason i asked is since i've been wondering if i could be a possible candidate since i've moderated a few forums over the past 2 years and usually they let you send an application to the webmaster who then decides whether you are accepted or not. | |

| Maybe... I sadly already have a moderator for the time being; though once we get more members and daily topics I'll consider another moderator, though I still need to trust in the moderator...
I'll still PM you an application to fill out when we're accepting a new moderator.
